Crying in H Mart – Part 4 (chapters 16-end!) ft. Athena Allemand
Not us CRYING finishing Crying in H Mart *hides face* whew this was a doozy. In this episode, we talk about the last section of the book and then are joined by our amazing guest Athena (@readingwithathena) to talk about the themes of the book including food, grief, and memoirs in general.
We also announced two important things, first, next week we are dropping a special, double feature episode of the podcast covering Emily Henry’s Beach Read and People We Meet on Vacation! Second, the next book we will be reading as a pod is Good Neighbors by Sarah Langan. We start reading on July 4th, and the first episode covering the first 69 (lol) pages will be out on July 11th!
